Life and its many opportunities

I picked up a small issue with the way I type web.tech.law’s name. When I type it as “web.tech.law”, word processors recognise it as a Web address and I am constantly removing the links. My logo is styled more like “web|tech|law” but I’m not sure how the “|” character is recognised and displayed in different contexts. Rich Mulholland suggested a sort of bullet in between (something like “web・tech・law”, perhaps).

I’m not sure which way to go with this? The vertical line separator brings the references into line with the logo and I could include spaces to make it look like this: “web | tech | law” or leave the extra spaces out and rely on the fonts I use, keeping “web|tech|law”. What do you think? Any advice?
