The social Web-empowered consumer’s dilemma: talk too much about poor service and you’re branded a troll and ignored.

Say nothing and poor service goes unchecked and unchallenged and all consumers are forced to abide mediocrity, at best, or consumer rights violations, at worst.

Of course there are also brands that just don’t care one way or another.
