School girls scare me

My office is opposite a girls only high school. Every morning I see girls arriving at school, making one heck of a noise (I don’t think these models came with volume controls) and making a nuisance of themselves. I’ve noticed that girls have been arriving at the school later and later and the headmistress must have had enough. She started locking the gate at about 8am and leaving late comers to queue outside the main gate until she is ready to deal with them. This was the sight this morning at about 9am:

There is a queue every morning because these girls can’t seem to get to school on time and they seem to treat it like a joke. Is this what teenagers are like these days?
