del.icio.us feeds

I have only just started playing around with del.icio.us with a view to adding a feed or blogroll of some kind to this blog.  Does this service enable a person to create a blogroll?  I have seen something resembling a blogroll on some sites.  I am just not too sure how it all works.  I guess the appropriate response if to RTFM.

    Del.icio.us is more a bookmark manager, you can manage your blogroll in typepad, it's called a typelist….!
