Looking up

Looking up in Ramat Gan
Looking up

I was wondering around my usual haunt at lunchtime today and looked up and thought how spectacular the view was. It took a few moments for the right neurons to fire before I took out my camera and started shooting.

I’ll share my DSLR photos soon. In the meantime, here is a preview.

Constructively featured by VSCO again

I received a nice surprise in my inbox this morning. VSCO has selected two of my photos to feature in curated search results. I’m not too sure what that means and when my photos will appear (or for how long) but it’s great to be featured by VSCO again. Here are my photos:

Featured in @VSCO Grid this week

I’m pretty pleased that one of my photos is featured in VSCO Grid this week. This tree grows in my mother’s garden and I was trying to find a perspective on the tree that felt interesting to me and this shot pretty much did that for me. I still haven’t found my ideal perspective on this tree but this photo works well enough.

Uplifting memories

I came across Lauren Marek’s work through the VSCO blog and I love her work. She publishes her photos in various places including her site, Flickr and her VSCO Grid. She also produces a couple videos and I just watched one titled “Memory” which is a beautiful and uplifting video:
