I went for a walk this morning to drop off some (long) overdue library books. I took my camera along with me for a change.
These flowers seem to all over Modiin. I have no idea what they’re called but they’re pretty.
I had a couple things to do in the city this morning and my route took me past Park Annabe, one of Modi’in’s central features. I was greeted with a pretty spectacular view and thought I’d share it.
I went for a walk to drop off some library books. The machine that I wanted to use to drop off the books was out of order. I found some decorated, though weathered, city benches along the way.
Flickr’s OpenStreetMap integration is a bit screwy. It took photos that I geolocated in Modi’in and geotagged them in Ramallah. Totally different city.

This morning we woke up to the strong smell of fires outside our home. Wildfires were raging on the outskirts of our city and it was a disconcerting sight.
The Modi’in Dimri Tower is an iconic feature of the city’s skyline. I’ve been a little fascinated by it since we arrived in Israel in December 2014.
