About this Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement sets out how I use and protect any personal information that you give me when you visit my site or interact with me in any way.

By accessing any part of this site or interacting with me you consent to me processing your personal information on the basis set out in this Privacy Statement.
What do I collect?
Personal information I may collect from you
The personal information I collect from you will likely include the following –
- Your name and contact information, including email address, Web profiles and, if you volunteer or disclose it, some location information;
- information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics and opinions;
- any other personally identifiable information you share with me or others in the process of accessing my site or interacting with me or others in any way.
I may intercept and monitor your communications
I may intercept and monitor your communications with me, to the extent permissible by law, in which case you consent to such interception and monitoring. As part of this process of intercepting and monitoring these communications, I may record such communications for disclosure on the basis set out in this Policy.
It isn’t as sinister as it sounds, really.
Personal information I collect automatically
When you access this site, I or the services I use automatically receive and records information on my server logs and analytics tools from your browser or mobile platform, including your location, IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested.
I generally look at this data and pretend it means something to me. It can tell me a little more about how you interact with me and my site, where you are and perhaps even a little information about you.
Security
I use services that make use of encryption when collecting or transferring your personal information but I can’t guarantee that your personal information is always secure. You should assume that what you disclose to me is public once its disclosed.
Although I am based in Israel, I use a variety of services operating on servers in foreign countries and regions including Europe and the United States of America. The services I use make use of relatively secure data transmission and storage technologies to reasonably protect your personal information from unauthorised disclosure and maintain your personal information’s integrity. This site is hosted on Pressable and some of the personal information you may disclose is stored on their servers.
I also use Google services for my email infrastructure so any messages you send to me are sent, at some point, using Google Mail. Other services I use include Dropbox, Google Analytics and WordPress (the content management system this site uses).
Please don’t share any personal information with me if you object to these services.
Linking
I may link to other websites and services which are not within my control. Once you have left my site, I cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statements applicable to the websites and services you link to from me or my site.
Cookies
I may use cookies on my site. I have no idea if I do but it could happen.
You can (and are welcome to), should you choose, disable the cookies from your browser and delete all cookies currently stored on your computer. You can find out how to do this for your particular browser by clicking “help” on your browser’s menu.
What I do with your personal information
I use your personal information for the purposes you implicitly or explicitly appear to submit it to me including, but not limited to the following reasons:
- communicating with you regarding and in response to your communications to me;
- internal record keeping;
- crime detection prevention and prosecution.
I will not pass your details to anyone else (other than on the basis set out below and in accordance with appropriate disclosure requirements I may be subject to).
Sharing your personal information
I will not transfer, disclose, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to other parties other than on the following basis:

- where I am required to do so by law;
- where it is required by my agents, advisors or others involved in running accounts and services for you or in undertaking activities linked to the operation of such services or accounts on my behalf; or
- where the transfer or disclosure would otherwise be in compliance with legal requirements I am subject to including, but not limited to, statute or regulation.
Accessing your personal information
If you think any information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact me, in writing, as soon as possible. I will correct or update any information as soon as possible.
