Thanks for your feedback. I find Loïc fascinating. He is the current embodiment of Cluetrain for me. He is actively involved with his community, gives feedback on issues, replies to my sometimes inane queries and comments and is clearly passionate about his work. He inspires me to be more passionate about mine and innovate more in my field.
