Its all about the relationships

Sometimes we forget that the work we do in the social media space is really intended to develop and expand relationships with other people. It isn’t about the next cool piece of software or the best mashup of all mashups or even the newest widget. It is about relationships we build and enjoy with our customers, suppliers and even our competitors.
