My friend Vanessa pointed this article on Wired out to me. It is about a video called "The Inner Life of the Cell" and is a depiction of what goes on inside a white blood cell as it responds to an inflammation. There are two versions, this one is the shorter 3 minute version (the full 8 minute version is here):
The video was created by Xvivo for Harvard’s Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology. The Wachowski brothers (the creators of the Matrix movies) approached Xvivo and apparently asked them to produce a higher resolution version of the video for inclusion in their remake of the movie "Invasion of the Body Snatchers".
