I am part of the Spanning Sync private beta testing and I can tell you that this product is easy to install, easy to configure, and integrates very well with iCal and the Google Calendar. I can add calendar entries to either Google Calendar or iCal and be assured that they will always be in sync. Spanning Sync supports multiple calendars.
