The limitation with the noncommercial element is that it blocks use of the content on a site where that usage could be construed as being commercial (ie, making money from it). One suggestion is to license under an Attribution ShareAlike which requires that the source be acknowledged and that the resulting work be licensed under a similar license. This curtails commercial use of your content because that resulting work would have to be published under a similar license.

If you are not concerned about commercial use of the content and just acknowledgement you could go with a simple Attribution license but that really opens you up to someone ripping off the content and re-selling it.
