Looking at the first picture on Flickr I noticed the following comment below the image:

I saw this photo of yours on a Virgin Mobile poster on a bus shelter outside my school. I looked down the bottom of the poster and saw flickr.com/photos/ggunson so i thought I should check it out.

Looks like Virgin did give him the credit.
