Pageflakes – your new start page

There are a number of aggregator-style start pages around today. One of these is Pageflakes which seems to have been revamped and is a pretty good looking service. This video is from the ScobleShow and features Dan Cohen, Pageflakes’ CEO.

I love the interface. It is really slick and easy to use. Of course competitors like Netvibes are also pretty easy to use and customise. What is pretty cool about Pageflakes is that you can share certain pages with other people. The shared page service resembles a wiki because you can actually set up a page that more than one person can edit.

I know that a couple of you use Pageflakes and I’d love to you what your thoughts are on Pageflakes and features like the shared pages?

    I tend to prefer Netvibes. Pageflakes always takes ages to load while Netvibes is always quick.
